Please read the full term and conditions before placing an order with us.


This website is hosted by Shopify Inc, and is owned by Doggy Deliveries. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the words “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to the Company Doggy Deliveries.
 
1. Our Terms

1.a Agreement to these Terms
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Please to not visit our site or enter any information about yourself on our site if you do not agree to these terms. 

1.b What these Terms and Conditions cover
These are the Terms governing the services and products we provide you through our website, email, telephone, or social media. These Terms also govern how you use our service and how we interact with you. 

1.c Age restrictions
Our Website is intended for persons aged 18 or over. By accessing our Site or creating an Account, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age.

1.d Changes to our Site
We may amend the information published on this Site when we feel it is appropriate. We may restrict access or availability to this Site for business and operational purposes. We cannot guarantee that our Site and its content will be free from interruptions or errors. When possible, we will contact you in advance to inform you of any major changes or interruptions.

1.e Changes to our Terms
We amend these Terms occasionally. Please read these Terms carefully every time you place an order with us or use our website, to enable you to keep up to date with any changes. You must cancel all subscriptions you have with us if you do not agree to these Terms or any amendments that are made.

2. Your account

2.a Your Account details
You must not disclose any of your Account information to third parties. This information includes your username, email address, password, and any other details you provide us. You are also responsible for making sure the information you provide when setting up your Account is accurate, and for updating the information when necessary.

2.b   Setting up an Account with us
When you order from our website, you will be required to fill in some basic questions about your dog. By doing this, you will create your personal Account where you can update information about your dog's needs and requirements. You can edit, cancel, and amend any orders you have placed with us by logging into your Account.

3. Disabling your Account
We have the right to disable your Account or username at any time, with or without your consent, if we believe you have failed to comply with any of these Terms.

3.a If you wish to disable your account
If you wish to disable your account, you must contact us immediately. We will not be responsible for any payments taken from you if there is a delay in you contacting us to delete your account. For example, if you do not wish for another delivery but you do not request to cancel your account before the 2nd of the month. You can contact us by emailing support@doggydeliveries.co.uk, or by using the contact form on our Website.

3.b Access to your Account
All Accounts are created for one sole owner and cannot be transferred to someone else. You must contact us immediately if you believe that anyone other than yourself has accessed your Account or any information linked to your Account, such as your username or password. You can contact us by emailing support@doggydeliveries.co.uk, or by using the contact form on our Website.

4. Orders and Subscriptions

4.a Our Subscription service
When you sign up to our Subscription service, we will automatically send your box every month or alternate months, depending on what option you choose. Your Subscription can be cancelled, edited, or amended within your Account.

4.b Order acceptance
Your order will be processed and accepted when we send you an order acceptance email. When this has been accepted, a contract will automatically be created between you and us.

4.c Order rejection
Your order may be rejected if the product is out of stock, because of a product error, because of unexpected limitations which we are not prepared for, or because we suspect you are not complying with these Terms. If your order is not accepted, you will be notified straight away and you will not be charged for the order.

4.d Changes to your details
You must inform us of any changes to your details or your dog's details, this includes your payment details.  You can inform us of any changes by logging into your Account. If your payment details are not accurate or valid, we reserve the right not to process your order. You must also contact us if there are any changes with your dog that may affect their order, such as diet, weight, health, or allergens.

4.e Prices
The total price you pay is the specific price that the box is listed at on the day you place the order. A full breakdown of costs will be displayed on the Website before payment is received. You can amend your order or pet information at this stage. All of our prices include VAT and postage.

4.f Payments

  • It is your responsibility to provide up to date and accurate payment details.
  • The total cost will be charged to the payment card or method provided on your Account at the cut off time for the month.
  • If your payment cannot be processed due to incorrect payment details or insignificant funds, we will attempt to recover payment from any additional payment methods you have provided. If payment cannot be received, your order will not be processed.
  • We reserve the right to suspend all future orders while payments cannot be recovered. If you are having issues with your payment methods, we advise you to contact us promptly to discuss a solution.
  • Doggy Deliveries is entitled to execute or pause the agreement and any orders until any payment obligations have been met.


4.g Cancelling or changing your subscription
Cancellations and changes to your subscription can be made by logging into your Account. You will be required to pay a fee if you are upgrading to a more expensive product. If you reactivate an order after cancelling it, you may be charged at a new price if our prices have increased.

4.h Deadline for cancelling or amending your subscription
We aim to send all of our boxes between the 2nd-5th of every month, so you should receive your order on or before the 10th of the month. The cut off for changes or cancellations for your order is the 1st of the previous month, this includes address changes, payment method changes, and box changes. You will be charged for any active orders at the point of the cut off. We reserve the right to change the cut off time, in which case you will be notified.

4.i Non subscription orders
All of our products can be purchased as a one off product with no subscription. These orders are still purchased with the same agreed Terms and Conditions as subscription orders.

4.j Shipping locations
We ship within the UK only. Postage costs are included in every order.
 
5. Our products

5.a Product packaging
Our boxes are packed in plain boxes with our company logo sticker attached. This means you are able to reuse the box for whatever you want, in order to minimise our carbon footprint.

5.b Product variation
The photos used on our Website are of an example of the chosen dog box and may not be the specific box you will receive. We will try to vary the products each month to keep the boxes as interesting as possible.

5.c Special requests and allergens
We are open to special requests for your box. If your dog has any specific likes or dislikes, please make us aware so we can personalise the box as much as possible. If your dog has any allergens, you must make us aware when placing the order so we can make sure we handle all products safely and minimise the risk of contamination. If you have notified us of any allergies, we will make sure all products have ingredient lists included for you to read. It is your responsibility to read these and check they are suitable for your dog. Although we will try our best to cater for all allergies, we accept no responsibility if your dog has an allergic reaction or any adverse consequences resulting from an allergic reaction. We may contact you to discuss products appropriate for your dog if you highlight multiple allergens. 

5.d Expiration of products
You are responsible for storing the contents of the box following the advice we provide you. All products are perishable and should be used or consumed within a month, unless they state otherwise. It is possible they will perish sooner than this, you are responsible for checking all products are suitable for your dog before using them.

6. Delivery of your box

6.a Delivery costs
All delivery costs are included in the price of the box, this applies to all subscriptions and one off purchases.

6.b When will your box be delivered
We aim for all boxes to be delivered to you on or before the 10th of each month. However, there may be times where these are delayed, such as weekends or bank holidays. All monthly and bi-monthly subscriptions will be processed and dispatched from the 1st of each month, therefore all orders between 2nd-31st of the month will processed at the beginning of the following month. All one off purchases will be dispatched within 5 working days. 

6.c Dispatch method
All of our boxes will be sent with Royal Mail via second class postage. You will not need to sign for any boxes.

6.d Missing or delayed orders
Although we aim for boxes to be received by the 15th of the month, there may be delays if the posting or delivery date falls on a weekend or bank holiday. If we suspect there will be a longer delay, we will contact you as soon as we can. For all missing orders, please email us at support@doggydeliveries.co.uk. If the box is lost completely, we will discuss the best resolution with you.

6.e We are not responsible for delays or issues after the box has been sent
We always take steps to minimise delays and issues after our boxes have been sent. It is possible there will be issues after we send the box, such as damage to the box, damage to the contents of the box, delays with deliveries, loss of the box, or inability to deliver the box safely. Doggy Deliveries accept no liability for any loss, damage, or issues with the delivery of your box. We still encourage you to contact us if you have any issues, and we will discuss the best resolution with you. It is also your responsibility to be home to receive the parcel, or to provide a safe place for it to be left.

6.f When you are responsible for your box
You become responsible for your box when it is delivered to you, you will be able to check when this is by using the tracking number we provide you.

7. Cancelling your order

7.a Pausing or cancelling your subscription
As outlined in section 4.g, cancellations and changes to your subscription can be made by logging into your Account. If you change your order or reactivate it at a later date, you may be required to pay a fee or a new price if this has changed. Any changes or cancellations must be made before the 1st of the month in order for the next delivery to be changed. Any changes made after the 1st will come into effect the following month.

7.b Ending your contract with us
When your rights end, will vary depending on the reason for ending your contract with us. As advised in section 5.b, the contents of your box will vary to the images shown on the website, and they will be different each month. These goods are also perishable and require proper storage, and should be studied carefully before being given to your dog to check they are suitable. As a result, we do not accept any returns if you or your dog do not like the contents, if you have changed your mind, or if the products have perished due to improper storage. See section 7.c for more information on this.

7.c Changing your mind
Most online purchases provide a legal right to a 14 day period for refunds if you change your mind. However, due to the contents of the box being perishable items, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 supports that these rights do not apply to your purchase unless there is something wrong with the item.

7.d When your changes are effective
If you would like to change, pause, or cancel your next order, you must do this before the 1st of the month. As outlined in section 7.a, all orders are processed and sent after this date, therefore it will not be possible to change your order after then.


8. If there is an issue with the product

8.a Problems with the product
If you are dissatisfied or experience problems with the products sent, please email us details of the product and any faults using the same email address linked to your delivery account. Please do this within 7 working days after receiving your order. Please monitor your emails to look out for our response, we may request further information or evidence. We will aim to agree on a resolution with you within 7 working days, this may include a refund, discount or additional items sent with your next box. The speed in which a resolution is met may vary if there are further complications. Once this is agreed, we will inform you when the refund/discount will take place. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or discounts if we believe the product was sent in a satisfactory and saleable condition, and if we feel that the product matches the description we provided.

9.a How to contact us

9.b How you may be contacted by us
If we need to contact you, we will do so by email, post, or with the contact number you provided when setting up your account. We usually use email as the main way of contacting our customers.

10. Price and Payment

10.a Where to find the price for the product
The price of the product will be shown clearly on the website and in your basket before you provide your payment details and complete the purchase. All prices include VAT. Prices may change over time, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance if your order is affected.

11. Offers and Discounts

11.a Redemption of offers
Discounts and offers can only be redeemed by purchasing products directly through our Site and by using a registered Account with valid payment and delivery information. After you have used the discounted offer, you will then be charged at full price until the order is changed or cancelled, or until you use another discount code.

11.b Misuse of offers
We reserve the right to cancel all orders without notice if we detect abuse or unfair use of discount or offer codes.

11.c Limitations of offers
Please note the following limitations to all offers from Doggy Deliveries:

  • We may cancel any special offer or discount without notice
  • All offers and discounts are limited to one offer per subscription.
  • We may limit who can use our offers at our sole discretion.
  • Account credits and offers cannot be exchanged for cash at any time.
  • Discounts and credits cannot be used alongside any other offers.

 
11.d New customer offers
We may offer discounts specifically for new and/or existing customers only. Offers for new customers are only available to customers who are new to using the Site and have not previously registered or made any purchases. In this situation, existing customers are not eligible to use the discount. We monitor all new customers and may cancel the order if we believe the customer is dishonest about being a new customer. This may be for reasons such as cardholder name or address, delivery address, identical card information, or already having a registered Account.

11.e You must have a Valid Account
It is a requirement to create an Account with Doggy Deliveries in order to make any purchases or redeem any offers. Reasons for this are highlighted in section 2.b of the Terms and Conditions.

12. Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

12.a We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us
We are only responsible for loss or damage caused that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract and failing to comply with these Terms. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if both we and you knew it would happen or if it is obvious it would happen.

12.b We are not liable for business losses
All products we supply are intended for private and domestic use only. We accept no liability if you use our products for business use. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, loss of profit, and loss of business opportunity.

12.c We do not limit or exclude our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so
This includes liability for personal injury, death, fraudulent misrepresentation. This also includes breach of your legal rights in relation to the products and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

13. Other important terms

13.a We can enforce this contract even after a delay
If we delay in taking action against you if this contract is broken, that does not mean that you do not need to carry out any steps we ask or that we will not take action against you at a later date.

13.b Transferring this agreement to someone else
We may transfer these Terms to another organisation. Your rights will still be protected throughout any transfers and you will have at least 30 days advance notice if a transfer does take place.

 
13.c Laws and legal proceedings
These Terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts.
